The final game of the season is here GoTorey Followers! Today Torey and Spartak are up against Krasnie Krilya Samara. After yesterday’s great win (93-78). In that game Torey recorded 16 points, 7 assists and 9 rebounds and Spartak forced today’s Game 3! This is a crucial and last game of the season for Spartak in these placement playoff series.

GoTorey followers! I haven’t updated you in a moment due to the Russian League Playoffs and Russian Cup Final Four. I will post about both of those season finishing competitions very soon so be ready for it! But today I have a special news for all of you following my journey.

I was seeking for a logo shocasing my career for some time. I recently even ran a competition on 99Designs but the entries were mostly not satisfactionary enough. I decided to once again head with the guys at LowGravity.pl along with Kamil Doliwa. They knew exactly what kind of a logo I was looking for although I had to order some tweaks and changes but from start until finish I was greatly happy with what they came up with.

There are two logo that I will use for different things so be on the lookout for both of those. The logos are just a start to what’s going to come during the summer! I will have exclusive merchandise and and giveaways that will feature my new logos. Be on the lookout and you may be able to win a signed logo jersey very soon!

GoTorey Followers! It’s gametime in Vladivostok and Torey along with his Spartak Primorie teammates is up against Krasnie Krilya Samara. This is the placement round of the playoffs that’s played in a format of Best of Three. Krasnie Krilya is currently leading with Game 1 win and if they win in Vladivostok this will be an end of the playoffs for Spartak. Keep your fingers crossed for Torey and Spartak in this one to avoid elimination and force Game 3!

After a huge win yesterday against a tough Spartak Sankt Petersburg team, Spartak Primorie advanced to the final! The game is now Live and you can watch Torey and Spartak Primorie taking on the Krasnie Krilya Samara team! Winner of the game will take on the Russian Cup. Torey and Spartak Primorie are up for another crucial game of the season. This time it’s the semi-finals of the Russian Cup Final Four! Spartak Primorie is going up against a strong Spartak Sankt Petersburg team. Winner advances to the final and the loosing team will play in a third spot game later this weekend.

CSKA is currently in the second place with two games played less than the leader – Khimki Moscow Region. The Moscow team features some great players like the  Andrei Kirilenko, Nenad Krstic, Milos Teodosic, Jamont Gordon. Once again we know that Spartak will do everything that is necessary to win this extremely important game against a tough rival. Spartak is fighting for seeding for the playoffs, currently standing at the 7th spot in the league. GoTorey and Go Spartak Primorie!

Unics Kazan is a hard nosed team that is fighting strong in the Euroleague but Spartak managed to beat them already in the first game of the season. Having won with the team first time in 30 years. Spartak will be looking to beat the Unics team again this season to get the best seed for the playoffs.

On March 25th Spartak Primorie vs Enisey at home. This was a very hard fought game versus a scrappy Enisey team. Enisey got off to a very good start taking a 22-12 lead after the 1st quarter but we stormed back in the 2nd quarter out scoring Enisey 28-14 taking a 40-36 lead into halftime.  The second half was back and forth but we finally took the lead in the fourth quarter to secure a 73-65 win and eliminate Enisey from playoff contention.

Enisey was led by Brian Chase with 18 points, Alex Trushkin 13 points and 9 rebounds, and Dusin Sakota with 11 points.

Spartak was led by Evgeny Baburin and Nikolay Padius both with 9 points and myself with 20 points and 4 assists.

On March 30th Spartak Primorie vs Lokomotiv at home. Lokomotiv and extremely talented team really came out on fire scoring 35 first quarter points really putting us in a hole earlier. We fought back in the game and cut it to 5 points in the third quarter 56-51 but could not get any closer. They played an extremely good game and took home the 92-80 victory.

Lokomotiv was led by Jeremiah Massey with a double double of 13 points and 13 rebounds, Sergey Bykov with 20 points and 7 assists, Ali Traore 18 points and 7 rebounds, and Maxim Grigoryev with 15 points.

Spartak Primorie was led by Nikolay Padius with 16 points and 4 rebounds, Sean Denison with 11 points, Max Krivosheev 10 points and 5 rebounds, and myself with 14 Points and 5 rebounds.

On April 5th Spartak Primorie vs Nizhniy Novgorod at home.  This was an extremely difficult match we have just played them two times previous for the Russian Cup Quarterfinals and now again for the Russian League regular season and each game was a battle!  The game was dead locked at 22 after the first quarter both teams played intense on defense and executing on offense.  Nizhniy stepped it up and took a 6 point lead into halftime.  In the 2nd half the game remained close but we pulled away thanks to making good team plays and defensive stops.

NN was led by Primoz Brezec with 15 points and 8 rebounds, Dmitriy Golovin 13 points and 9 rebounds, Semen Antonov 13 points and 5 rebounds, and Ali Pustohvar with 14 points.

Spartak Primorie was led by Sean Denison with 19 Points and 7 rebounds, Nikolay Padius 21 points, Evgeny Baburin 15 points, and myself with 6 points, 11 assists, and 9 rebounds.

This game eliminated NN out of playoff contention as well so this means Spartak Primorie definitely will be in the 2012 Russian League Playoffs as well as going to the 2012 Russian Cup Final Four!
